You can change the app icon to your favorite design from "App Icon" in the Settings screen.
In rare cases, the new app icon may not be applied correctly.
If this happens, turn your device off completely, restart it, and then try changing the app icon again.
This should resolve the issue.
This is a known iOS glitch, and restarting the device usually fixes it.
