We are very sorry. Because we never store your data on our servers, we cannot restore it for you.
Please create backups regularly from "iCloud Backup" in the Settings screen.
If you absolutely need to recover the data, and your iPhone itself was backed up with iCloud Backup, you may be able to restore your device to that earlier state.
Open the Settings app, tap your name at the top (your Apple Account), then tap "iCloud".
Next, tap "iCloud Backup". Devices with iCloud Backup turned on are listed there. If a backup of your iPhone from the right point in time remains, you can bring the whole device back to that state by restoring it.
To do this, erase and reset your iPhone once, then set it up again. During setup, choose to restore from the iCloud backup, and the device will return to its earlier state.
Setting up your iPhone again takes time and carries risks, but if you absolutely need your data back, please consider it.
